ONE submission a month..

we're still getting lots of members sending in more than ONE submission a month, and sorry guys, but we're just NOT able to accept them.

PLEASE keep track of your submissions to the club, because it does tend to take up a lot of time when i have to write back to you and say we can't accept it (and if i didn't write, then i'd get notes asking where is the work people submitted)..

please guys, it would really help me out!

well, i think we need to run another comp.. so you guys should give me some ideas! anyone who wants to donate prizes are also welcome to contact me

make sure your work is in the right spot!

i notice that other clubs are having issues with this too, and i just want to remind members that the =flower-club admin reserve the right to submit your work into another category, if we believe it was originally posted in the wrong one. the dA gallery directors are working hard to make sure things are kept in order and we want to make sure we help! so please pay attention to the category descriptions (especially for photomanips where you should list references, and macro - macro means very very up close, one petal, not the whole flower!)

+FAV's are a NO NO

we're getting more and more +fav's at the club, 50% of the time from members. please make sure when you drop by and go through the gallery, that you click the link in the description before you press the button i'm sure all your other friends in the club will love you for it!

are you a member

i've had 2 instances recently where people have sent in submissions to the club, only to be turned down because they weren't listed as members of the club. now sometimes this is an error, and we're happy to fix that.. but the bottom line is, if we don't watch you, then you're not yet a member! so go and check, make sure we watch you and you're in our friends list!

if you're not in our friends list, just send us a note and i'll fix it ASAP!
